How do I place my order over the web site?
Placing an order on our web site is easy. When you find
an item you wish to purchase, click once on the "Add to Cart"
button next to the item. The "add to cart" button looks similar
to these:
After you click the button, the next screen you see is
your "shopping cart." It holds all the items you wish to buy.
You can remove items from your cart or change the quantities at any time.

When you're ready to pay for your items, click the
"Check out" button at the bottom of the shopping cart screen.
If your order includes items you want shipped to several friends or
family members, click the "Send to more than one address"
link at the top of your cart. Learn more about sending gifts here.
The next screen is the shipping information screen.
Enter your shipping address, or, if you're sending the items as a
gift, enter the gift recipient's address. Be sure to specify a shipping
method. Standard shipping is $1.99 on orders sent to locations inside
the US. Foreign shipping will be calculated automatically on the next
page. Priority shipping is available only on US orders. Click the
"Continue" button to go on to the next step. (see
example)
Next is the billing information. At the top of the
page you have the option to include a donation with your order (if
you add a donation, you will be returned to the shopping cart to view
your order). Fill in the credit card information. Be sure to specify
your billing address if it differs from the shipping address you listed
on the last page. Be sure to include an e-mail address, especially
if you purchased eBooks, because we send you a confirmation e-mail
with a link to download your eBooks. Include any other pertinent information,
then click the "Continue" button. (see
example)
Review your order on the next page. Click one of the
edit buttons if the shippng or billing information needs changes.
When you're ready to send your order, click the "Send Order"
button. (see
example)
Your order confirmation page now appears. A copy of
your order will be mailed to you too (if you opted to do so). If you
ordered eBooks, do not close the confirmation page. It lists the links
you will use to download your items. (see
example)

Is it safe for me to place
my order over your web site?
Yes! Our shopping cart is hosted on Yahoo! network
servers and uses 128-bit SSL encryption technology to protect the
information you transmit. You can tell for sure that the page is secured
by checking for your web browser's security icon (see

For phone orders, please use the information on our
Contact Us page. For fax and mail orders, please print and use our
order form.

What are my options if I
want to return something?
All items except downloadable eBooks and downloadable
audio files are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Return at any time during that period for a full refund minus shipping
charges. Please refer to our Terms
of Sale page for complete information on returns.

How much will shipping
cost, and how long will it take to ship my items?
Standard shipping is $1.99 on all orders inside
the US. For foreign orders, shipping charges will calculate automatically
in the shopping cart. Standard shipping can take 2-3 weeks for delivery
in the US. Priority shipping usually arrives in 2-3 days. More info

I'm ordering multiple items
for my friends or family. Can the items be sent to different places?
Yes. When you get to the shopping cart, click the
"Send to more than one address" link at the top of your
cart. (see example).
You will be returned to the cart view. Our shopping
cart logs each gift order separately. Notice each item now has a checkbox
next to it. Mark the items that you would like sent to the first gift
recipient, then click the "Continue" button. (see
example)
After you complete and submit one order there will
be a link at the bottom of the confirmation page to return and complete
the next order (see
example).
