Question: How do I place my order? Are there
other ways for me to order?
Answer: Yes.
Please visit our Ordering
Help page for ordering options and instructions.
Question: When I click to add an item to
my shopping cart, I noticed that I am taken to a site different
from GuyFinley.com. Why?
Answer: Our
site uses the Yahoo! shopping cart for handling orders. Yahoo!
has made tremendous investments to develop a very robust, reliable,
and secure order-processing system. When you click to order an
item, you are taken to Yahoo!'s order-processing website.
Question: It seems like there are two different
stores on your site. I get to the second store after adding an
item to my shopping cart. Why is this?
Answer: We
use an order processing system maintained by Yahoo!, and their
system creates a set of product pages automatically based on the
products we've listed in the product database. We're working to
improve the way this works, but for the time being, whenever you
want to return to the guyfinley.com website, simply click on the
"Keep Shopping" link at the bottom of any shopping cart
page.

Question: How do I download my eBooks or
MP3 files?
Answer: Follow
the steps below to download your items. Please note: You must have
software such as Adober Reader or Preview installed on your computer before you
can open and read eBooks. The Adobe Reader software is available
for free from the Adobe
web site.
- After you submit your order, keep your order
confirmation page open in your browser. Look for the blue "Download" buttons just underneath the names of the downloadable items or bonuses you ordered. All order items are listed in the bottom right of the confirmation page under the column that says, "Your Order."
- If you already closed your confirmation page,
open the confirmation e-mail you received when you placed your
order. Click the link underneath
where it says, "You can always find out the current status of
your order by going to." A web browser window will open which
displays your order information. Follow the instructions at the
very top of that page in order to re-activate the download
buttons for your order items.
- If you no longer have the confirmation
page open and you don't have the confirmation e-mail, please
contact us for help.
- For eBooks:
The default PDF software on your computer (Adobe Reader, Preview, etc.) should launch, and your eBook should
appear on-screen. We suggest you immediately save your eBook
to a folder on your computer so you can return to it easily
next time. In Adobe Reader you would click the "Save" icon from the
toolbar.
For Audio files:
Through our store you can order single Guy Finley talks or complete albums that have more than one talk. The single talks will download as one MP3 file. But in the case of albums, the entire collection of MP3 talks will download as one ZIP file (this means all of the individual audio files are zipped into one container file). Once you've downloaded the ZIP file to your computer, locate the file and double-click it. Your system should open it automatically. Then just save (or Extract) the individual files to your audio library or to any other location on your computer.
When downloading single MP3 files, your computer might automatically
launch the program it uses to play MP3's. If this happens, just
choose to save the file from the program's menu bar.
For both:
If a "File Download" box appears after clicking the
"Download Now" button, choose the "Save to disk"
option and save the file to your computer. Then you can navigate
to the saved file on your computer and double-click it to open
it.
- Before opening and using your eBooks &
MP3's, go back to the download page and save all your items
to your computer.
- Once you've downloaded all your items you can
navigate to the location where you stored your file(s) and open them.
Question: Can I play the audio files on my iPhone or SmartPhone?
Answer: Yes, our audio files are simple MP3 files. You can save them into your audio library and sync them to your iPhone, SmartPhone, or a portable MP3 player.
