Talk notes: There always exists in any given moment the possibility for an individual to move towards that which is more whole and ascending, rather than identifying with and being carried along by that which is divisive and descending. As a human being you have been given the ability to understand that any direction you take inwardly towards more division is going to be counter-productive to your wish for a life that is whole and free of negative states. Through a persistent and determined study of your own interior life, you can begin to see with an increasing degree of clarity what it is that you can no longer do and be. From this higher viewpoint, you do not struggle to become someone special, but rather you realize that your current relationship with these divided parts of yourself have taken you as far as it can, and you see that it is now time to let go.
