The Lost Secrets of PrayerPractices for Self-Awakening

I continue to be profoundly affected by the teachings in this wonderful book [The Lost Secrets of Prayer]. Today as I read chapter seven I realized I have been praying in this way "Lord Jesus Christ son of the Living God have mercy on me." for a long while but only really when I am in a state of distress. Now I see the error in this. To be able to pray "More of Thee Less of Me" is so freeing. The very idea that I can now make room for God through my prayer and to pray just as easily as I breathe and to use each breath as a reminder to pray and to truly make room for God feels so liberating. After years and years of searching for the "way" I feel you have shown it to me through this way of praying. I feel as though my heart wants to break open and really make room for God to expand in me. Thank you.
