Accept the revelation without reservation. Presently a large part of our life is predicated on avoidance, and what we are really avoiding is the experience of our own consciousness. Our task is simply to see this fact. In those unwanted moments, use the avoidance that you feel to accept the revelation of that which is avoiding. Even if you ultimately cannot stop doing what you are being tempted to do in that moment, try to at least bear that temptation long enough to see the consciousness that is promising freedom if you do its bidding. Anything that you avoid is really the avoidance of the experience of yourself. Avoidance is the voiding of discovery of your own consciousness. There cannot be freedom in that. Instead of rejecting the revelation, accept it without reservation. If you accept the revelation, then you participate in the transformation that happens whenever the Light reveals consciousness.
