- "You're just going to have to drive yourself crazy."
- You can't make a quiet mind and an open heart with thought.
- This work is to help develop all of your parts, not just the intellect.
- You need to be one with events that happen, which thought can't do.
- Contemplation is different from thinking about what happened.
- Thought can only imagine that it's working out problems.
- We resist others because we have unconscious assumptions about how they should be.
- As long as I insist you are the problem, I will never change.
- The reason for clashes with others is so we come to an impasse with the resisting part of ourselves.
