Our sensory mind, with its divisive nature that only knows cause and effect, thinks that energies come at it -- but they actually come from within you and from the center of everyone; There are certain true powerful questions that only appear in the heart and mind when the individual has agreed to step back from where these energies are appearing and consciously suffer them; Why do I make the prayer 'Have mercy on my soul' -- what am I actually asking for; If you ask for relief but have an idea in mind of what that relief would be, your prayer is not pure; 'In my weakness is thy strength made perfect'; The degree of my awareness of my weakness is the same as the proximity and strength of the mercy I'm looking for; In true seeing without selfing there is an instantaneous integration, so that the observer and the observed are one thing; Pure awareness, pure attention, is a very sophisticated expression of love, if not the source itself; The more a person agrees to place themselves where all this disturbance takes place and not shirk it, the more they get to see things close up.
