Why do we ever get discouraged? It's because we think we're something that we're not. Instead of falling into discouragement, there must be a proper struggle connected to a new understanding. We could only see a limitation in ourselves through the presence of something that isn't as limited as we currently are. That moment is a shock, but it's also an invitation to be connected to that higher level of consciousness that showed us this. The moment is a teacher. It's lesson is that we must change "the knower," instead of trying to change "the known." "The knower must go." Drop the discouragement and understand that you are always "in training." There is never a moment where there isn't a teacher and a higher lesson.
