Exercise: What are the kinds of conversations you suspect you're having or know you do -- your "favorite" conversations with yourself? It's a contradiction to talk to yourself about what you don't want. Isn't that strange? I'm afraid to become aware of the voices in my head. It's a lower level of consciousness that you're identified with that fears itself.
