There is but one central problem: he is unknowingly set against himself; and so he cannot see that what he believes to be a painful struggle with life... is really taking place within himself. There is only one solution to this problem, and its virtually ceaseless suffering: he must realize the truth of his actual condition, and then willingly agree to act upon the good of that revelation.

Don't resist -- but choose to assist (Life). Become aware of the "raging bull" in you as it awakens in a moment of disturbance. Work to remember that the lower nature is not "True I." Another altogether different kind of "I" is needed: one that does not oppose what opposes it. First see the opposites at work, and then do not resist the moment. Rather, assist it, by sacrificing the part of you that wants to fight or be engaged in any drama. By refusing to participate in the cycle of second force, the moment can now be used for the purpose of revelation. This is the perfection of heaven upon earth.
