All frustration and sense of defeat comes from trying to resolve conflict using the nature that has produced it. In unwanted moments, we believe we are separate from the moment. But there is no "moment" and "me". They are the same thing: the "moment of myself". Work to turn any unwanted moment into a blessing by practicing the "Unstoppable Power of Yes" and "The Three Nots". 1st "Not": Do not express any fear of what you imagine may happen. Nothing you imagine is coming. 2nd "Not": Do not try to run and hide from the negative "tide" its surges, and its waves. 3rd "Not": Don't get negative when things don't go the way you wish. These right actions in the moment of a pain produce a new kind of awareness; one in which the observer and the observed are no longer divided. One can see "I am not this Pain, though I still feel it". "I am not these thoughts, though I'm aware of their flood". This new relationship with the moment can lead to a peace and unity beyond all understanding because now, instead of resisting Life, we are saying "Yes" to it.
