Let go of the fearful self. Just begin to notice when fear appears and tells you to control or change what is being blamed for the disturbance you feel. Fear tells you that the event is greater than you and that you must do something to resolve the limitation. Instead of listening to fear, become curious about the nature of fear. Expose the nature that wants to hide your limitations so you can see that no circumstance can overwhelm who you really are. Put down the self that is afraid of being revealed, afraid of being misunderstood, afraid of losing something, and remember that "in my weakness is Thy strength made perfect." Remember that the strength of any weakness is the degree to which it is feared.
