Key Lesson Part 1
The more some thought or feeling prompts you to rush, or pushes you to run toward a place where some anticipated rest awaits, the more you should work to slow down that you might see -- "I" to "I" -- the unconscious level of self that -- with one hand -- points to a "peace just ahead"... even as its other hand is stirring up a sense of anxiety from whose painful grip you can't wait to get away.

Spiritually speaking, as a required agreement essential in facilitating one's rebirth, one must learn what it means to be at peace with suffering the level of oneself that can never know the peace it seeks.
