We cannot change ourselves by actions in fractions, any more than we can transform sour milk into sweet cream by removing one soured curd at a time. Either the whole of us changes, or not. Seeing ourselves in the mirror of the Divine is not an achievement arrived at by imagining unity one piece at a time. Our true Self is not its individual parts, but rather the sum of all that we are... now and forever more.
