When we learn how to be still, to listen to what life would teach us, we discover that not only is there a plan already in place--a celestial curriculum designed to instruct us in the ways of its timeless peace and power--but that the universe itself is a school for our higher education. (June 13)
Whenever we will put ourselves on the side of what we know is true, then Truth takes our side, lending us what is noble, needful, and divine. Truth sees to it that we are strengthened by wisdom, sheltered by light, and that our hearts know the peace of having fulfilled God's plan. (September 10)
Being at peace, and learning to live with quiet confidence--even as the world spins wildly around us--begins as we realize within us the presence and power of an interior stillness that neither needs, nor searches for, anything outside of itself in order to quietly know itself. (September 20)
Spiritual patience is born in us as we grow to realize that our individual lives are forever being revealed in a great clockwork whose tireless and timeless mainspring is Love. Our part in this inexorable movement of life is not to resist what appears untimely in its unfolding but--providing we will remain open, watchful, and honest about what is being revealed--to realize that everything needed for the perfection of our peace does arrive.
