Exercise
Work to catch the appearance of "LI'S" (Little 'I' Syndrome). When you are suddenly disturbed watch how quickly you are drawn to blame, escape, or control the event or person seen as being responsible for what is taking place in you. Remember that anytime you are negative you are being lied to, and see that it is captivity. Understand that these lies come along with "Little I's", the small self connected to a lower level of consciousness that is certain it knows what is wrong and how to fix it. Don't do anything with the captivity other than to see it. It is not enough just to catch the lie... You must see and feel the "Little I" nature itself in the moment of the lie. This is an exercise in double attention and gives you a new way to be in the moment where you will be released from what has been keeping you captive. With double attention comes unity and wholeness.
