Changes to Class Schedule

December 16, 2024-January 5, 2025 - Life of Learning Foundation will be closed for the Holidays.

January 4th, 2025 - Guy will be hosting his Insight Timer Talk.

January 6, 2025 Ongoing classes return on a permanent new schedule!

We will be changing our class schedule starting in December, 2024.

We’ll follow our usual class schedule up to, and through, our Holiday Banquet weekend which is December 13-15. The day after the Banquet we will close the Foundation for 3 weeks.

This means that from Monday, December 16, 2024 through Sunday, January 5, 2025 Life of Learning will not be hosting any classes, either in-person or online, except that Guy does intend to resume his Saturday morning Insight Timer talks on January 4.

Starting on Monday, January 6, we will fully resume our weekly classes, but please note the following changes to our schedule:

First, from January 6 going forward, Guy will only speak live over the weekends. This includes his usual Insight Timer talks on Saturdays, at 8:00am Pacific time, and his Sunday classes, held in person at the Foundation and livestreamed at 9:30am Pacific time. 

Second, we're changing the format of our usual Wednesday evening classes. Starting on Wednesday, January 8, in lieu of a live talk, we will be streaming “Classic Talks by Guy” from our archive of recorded talks. You will be able to watch these 1-hour streams at the usual time, 6:00pm Pacific time, on all our usual channels — GoToWebinar, YouTube, and Facebook.

Starting January 6 we will also change the starting times for our Monday Study Group for Wisdom School members, as well as our Friday evening Study Group that’s open and free to the public. Both meeting times will be adjusted to start at 6:00pm Pacific time.

Finally, starting in January, Guy will take a two-month sabbatical in Florida to begin work on a new novel. His Saturday and Sunday talks will be held according to our new schedule stated above, but they will be livestreamed from Florida.

During his time away, the Foundation will be open on Sunday mornings for any local students who wish to come and watch Guy’s class from LOLA, our Annex building.

Remember, there’s nothing to join, so just tune in! But if you aren’t currently registered, do be sure to register at the above link so you will receive notices and links before each class.
