However, the more we are willing to recognize just how asleep this mind is, the more we are willing to do the Work necessary to wake up. Thank God this Work touches our hearts and sparks that small wish inside us to know the Truth of this unconscious nature.

Randy July 04, 2021 Absolutely! All of our minds were spiritually asleep at one time. The spiritually asleep mind is not interested at all in spiritual things. If I am spiritually asleep I can do nothing of my own to wake up. What am I missing from the inspirational quote that I should learn? If I am spiritually asleep. The quote would just make me angry. If I’m slightly spiritually awake. This statement is self evident. Or is it by the fact that a person is on this site and reading the quote that they should be encouraged. They would not be here at all if the light had not already touched their hearts.
