Charlie and Heidi August 27, 2021 Wow, isn't this a great talk. To simply observe what is moving through me that stirs up the smokey disturbances and deliberately take my attention off of the smoke and put it on to the life I actual want is possible. I found it necessary to sit still on the couch in the middle of the morning and do nothing but take nice breath breaths and watch what was going on inside the mind and body. Dis-ease was a'brewing but I watched stillness actually slay it and a return to peace brought me back that right ol' loving feeling. The Work works when we remember to work. Thank you Guy.

Kate September 01, 2021 Hi Heidi! I agree, great talk. I liked when he said, "real peace never pushes." Anytime I feel my body tense I know I'm caught up in something that doesn't have my best interests at heart! Consciously relaxing is so useful.
