The true summation of one's life in "each" presence moment must be the negation of all that has past, just as a flower opening wide to bloom must abandon the relative security in having been a bud. But this "dying" to what came before isn't the "end" of all that transpired before; a new realization of what is "true" doesn't make all that came before "false". In some ways (again) as with the flower giving rise to the fruit it heralds, there could be no way to know and genuinely appreciate this developing "sweetness" -- one's resolve to surrender whatever stands in the way of one's realization -- without there having been the necessary "bitter" time of ripening.

The problem is we see these seemingly diverse moments as separate stages (because of our time-bound, desire driven, divided mind)...instead of as they actually are in the higher world: one within the other, for each other, and through each other. It is our present incapacity to see and be one with this timeless unity that not only fuels the desire to become something "great" -- or to lash ourselves for having "failed" -- but that drives us to compromise ourselves and others due to the frustration that must come to pass when one tries to do and be what is impossible.

You know what needs to be done now...start working, watching, realizing, and releasing (all that you find and make of yourself). The unseen, unknowable, and all-powerful Life rests there in that "un-be-able" realm that is already the very center of you. Persist. Dying to oneself, to that nature that lives from and in "what was" is the most difficult thing in this world...BUT, because the seed of that longing to know God's Love is planted within us from on High, from another Kingdom, there is nothing in this world that can stop it from flowering and bearing fruit...IF we will but agree.
