Summary

This talk is a new installment in the series of discussions on attention. Guy explains that practicing to keep our attention while eating is extremely important for self-study, because when we usually eat our attention is seized exclusively by unconscious desire. We have virtually no sense of our existence. Our body is intended to be used an instrument to detect and know everything that is in our environment. This is the purpose of working to integrate ourselves with what is whole.
