Of course one wishes there were a way to grow and learn what's true and what's not about ourselves other than these kinds of painful trials such as you now face. But real life just isn't set up that way. We are brought to our knees, all of us, in one way or another, dozens of times in our lives, and it's what we do there, in those moments, that tells the rest of the tale of our days ahead.

The only thing I can say is that everything, and I mean everything, can be used for your development as a spiritual person. Is there a way out of what's happening to you now that won't leave you on the "street" (if that's the case)? I don't know. Can you hope to go through this next six months of getting back on your feet unscathed? I don't know. But, what I do know is that you can either exit these events someone who is internally stronger and wiser, or as someone more bitter and broken... and it's your attitude about your situation that will determine the difference.

Now is the time to use what you have been learning. Now is the time to let go of the dark dialogues and negative projection, and use your energy to stay attentive and awake to all that is coursing through you lest it carry you away into some impossibly long, dark, interior tunnel. More than this I can't say... other than to let you know that as I write this, I am sending you my thoughts that you use these difficult times to further find the freedom from the dark states that have descended upon you.

Do what is in your power, refuse to do what is not. Remember yourself, help others that are suffering over your present state, and let go even as you take action to do what you can.
