Part 1
Until we realize that resistance to any event -- reflected by our immediate negative judgment of it -- is the same as refusing to see the meaning of that event, we will never know the Truth that sets us free; for what else is our experience of any such moment -- that includes the meaning hidden within it -- if not a ceaseless revelation of our present nature, and what it values above all else?

Any time you're rushing around, under pressure to hurry up and "get it done"... You may be assured of the following truth: not only will you run right by the (real) meaning of that moment... but that crossing whatever may be your self-designated "finish line" will prove itself as meaningless as the time you wasted trying to get there.
