In this short talk Guy exposes a basic misunderstanding about the spiritual path. Everything about the spiritual life is supposed to be simple but we want to complicate it. This happens when we refuse to let go of our pain in any moment and instead unconsciously hold on to what is hurting us. In order to let go and know the simplicity of the spiritual life we must see that the end of any moment is the end, and sacrifice our suffering so that a new beginning can be revealed.
