In any moment of disturbance, we are meant to receive a revelation; a message from what's Higher. But that which is lower within us intercepts that message. It talks over the moment that's intended to be received in silence. "Useless Self-Talk After a Conflicted Moment" (U-STAA-CM: "used-to-see-'em) is this "second voice" which prevents us from hearing the "first voice": the voice of the Divine revealing what IS. The "first voice" is silent. It doesn't talk; it shows. The "first voice" is from timelessness itself. The "second voice" is in time, and keeps you a captive of its empty promises. Learn to LISTEN. Catch the "second voice" coming in and telling you about the moment (i.e. "Oh no!", "Why did this happen?" "This is what you have to do," etc.). Truly listening means we must be willing to suffer consciously. Catch the U-STAA-CM. Be willing to be alone because then there's nothing for the "second voice" to talk to. Learn to know the voice of the true Shepherd. If you do, you'll be invited into a life where everything is already resolved.
