Be the 'I' of the storm. When you feel a disturbance, watch as the interior storm starts to brew and then work to remain anchored in the center of it. Instead of trying to get out of the "hurry-cane" or "worry-cane," step into it. Realize that the state came into you to allow you to see it so that you can choose not to give command over to it. The more you become aware of what has produced the storm and work to stay in the middle of it, the sooner it passes.
