Our eCourses focus on specific topics, building your understanding through a series of related talks. Most eCourses include MP3 audio and MP4 video formats you can play online.
See that you are caged by resistance, reactions and distractions that seek to avoid any kind of empty feeling. See that you carry around an idea that you should never feel emptiness, and notice that your reactions to these moments is the same, time and time again. First you insist that life give you what you want, and if it doesn't you resist the people or events involved. See that you do anything to fill yourself with something familiar to avoid being empty. Agree to enter into the "big empty" and see that the avoiding nature is filled with unconscious resistance. The more empty you are willing to be the more you will understand the nature that wants to fill the emptiness with the noise of self. "Sell" the images you have of yourself and agree to the emptiness of not following your familiar thoughts and reactions so that something higher can fill you with new possibilities.
