"See myself seeing." See what you are looking at and see yourself look at it.
"Feel myself feeling." We feel the things that give us a sense of self and that separation. Feel yourself feeling those things.
"Sense myself sensing." For example, when you’re sitting in your chair you can sense the weight of your body in the chair and any other condition your body may be sensing at the same time.
The next time you feel some kind of turbulence beginning in yourself, bring all of your senses back into your own awareness — even if it’s just for a few seconds — so that instead of pushing it away and being the instrument of resistance, you're simply aware of all of these parts of yourself at the same moment. When you are fully aware of yourself like that, in the fullness of that awareness is Silence.
