What troubles us in any moment isn't the person or situation. It's the part of us that "names" the event. The name we give to any event is the same as the level of self being experienced in that moment. Catch as often as possible that inevitable instant in which something in you has named the moment. "I don't want to be here... I don't want to do this... I want to change that." If you don't try to change the moment and drop the name something in you wants to give it, it's the same as revealing the nature behind the name. We can only be as old or as new as what we're talking to. Catch the name and dare instead to be a new human being - "I AM."
