Catch those moments when you get negative and interject a little bit of doubt about the validity of that state. Use the sudden appearance of resistance to ask yourself: Is it really true that you are responsible for this feeling I have? Or is there something in me that wants you to be responsible so that the negative state can stay in place? Notice the temptation to turn to the nature that wants to dispel whatever disturbs it. See yourself exhibiting signs of EIAAM: "Everything Is All About Me." Write down examples of EIAAM in your own life, such as needing to have the last word, interrupting in conversation, judging others, feeling sorry for yourself. Find your dominant instance of EIAAM so you can learn more about what is currently running your life. As you allow the unseen to be seen, without judging it, you begin to break the bond.
