The path to our inner Home is hidden within each revelation we're given to see as being the truth of ourselves in that moment; its appearance is inseparable from the will of a ceaseless stream of celestial forces that -- as they move into, and through us -- integrate us into their living waters.

We can realize all we are meant to see -- and to be, accordingly -- only as we allow self-awareness to serve its highest purpose in life. Which is to do what? To reveal what is yet realized about (our) consciousness, that it might be reconciled and re-integrated, reborn, as part of a greater whole.

The problem: we hear, but we don't listen; we see, but we don't sense; we feel, but we aren't touched. The more clearly we understand the true nature of this interior imperfection, the more it becomes clear to us... where we must conduct our search for the missing half of our life.

Nothing in the universe can make you relive some painful moment from your past as long as you choose to live in a self-renewing awareness that remembers the following truth for you: no old dark thought has the power to define you, let alone drag you down.

What is Limitless hides within, and just behind limitation. So anyone who will agree to stand, patiently, within the quiet awareness of any painful sense of inadequacy - refusing to bow before it - will soon be crowned with a new and unimaginable strength.

Insight Timer Talk: 11/25/23 - Most of us fear (our own) painful, negative reactions, when the right relationship we’re created to have with them is to see their appearance as both a revelation and invitation...to help us awaken, and remember a Divine spiritual strength yet realized.

Insight Timer Talk: 11/18/23 - Just as we wouldn't try to pry open a rosebud, interfering with the natural process by which it comes to display its yet-revealed beauty, so must we learn to give every impression planted in the soul the time it needs to grow, develop, and reveal its latent power to free us from whatever we fear.

The real reason for being impatient with ourselves, or with others, has nothing to do with the condition we blame it on: impatience -- along with its dark twin, frustration -- is born of our refusal to accept the revelation of a present limitation, and to remain conscious of it until it’s transformed.

Part 1: The more we anxiously look around for a way to deal with the fear of any moment imagined as yet to come, the more immediate grows the fear we experience in the here and now. Part 2: No condition, in and of itself, is ever the cause of psychological stress, fear, or regret; suffering of this kind is inherent in an unseen, unconscious level of "self" that resists changing conditions because it is incapable of changing with them.

It is impossible to know anything about the true nature of immortality as long as we continue to live with the fear of death.

No real lesson in life becomes our understanding until we realize that each unwanted experience in life serves as a secret reflection of an undetected interior imbalance within us. These lessons exist - and are brought about - to help strengthen, and temper the character of our soul.
