Walk Away from Anxious Thoughts and Feelings Before They Work You Over!

Part 1
There can be no fearful thought of any time to come -- let alone the anxious struggle to control -- or otherwise avoid it -- without resisting a moment that has no existence outside of how we’ve unconsciously imagined it!
Part 2
Every dark shadow must pass; all such creatures are under Law. This same Law also holds true when it comes to the appearance of any fear or anxiety we feel moving into and through us... but only if we will dare wait there -- unmoved -- long enough to see it slip back into its native nothingness.
Exercise
Catch the Four Horsemen of Horrible Things to Come: Fear, Anxiety, Worry and Doubt. When they pound on your door, open it and become conscious of what's standing on the threshold. When you're fully aware of where you and they are, simultaneously, say: "It's not your time." The divided mind cannot see that the only thing that stalks it is a creature it has created in imagination that lives in a time to come. There can't be a fearful thought without resisting a moment that has no existence outside of how we've unconsciously imagined it. We are suffering over negative imagination. The condition is never the source of fear. No moment as imagined is coming. With the appearance of any fear or anxiety, if we wait long enough, unmoved, we will see that every dark shadow must pass and slip back into its native nothingness.
