Real life is change; it is creation revealing its endlessness. We can either realize our existence within its movement as a designated part of its Divine design, or can continue to struggle with unwanted moments in the false belief that our pain proves we know how the story of life is supposed to unfold.

Stop boarding the ship to "One and Done." It is the land of imagination and not the solution to suffering, but the reason for it. You cannot refuse the tide of unwanted events. Real life has no beginning or end; it is an endless exchange. We live in mortal fear of the end of ourselves, because we have imagined the beginning of ourselves. For transformation, we must agree to participate in the end of things as they're given us to go through. With your body, picture the tide coming in and going out. Then come to a stop. You'll feel movement, but you'll understand that the movement is part of the stillness you've entered into. See the movement as unending doneness. Don't fight with it, "It is done" interiorly, finished. Watch the movement of thought as you would watch the tides. Be the awareness that sees them come and go, and change the Light of understanding. The more you watch, the freer you are.
