We are swept away by the past because, presently, we live in its realm; Within the realm of the past are all of the imaginings of better a time to come; We see the present moment we are in through the shadow of the past. But the whole idea of restoring a peace that you have lost is an illusion; The mind that believes it has lost its peace imagines a peaceful time to come, which it never reaches; The negative reaction that other people bring up in you is YOUR limitation, not the limitation of the other person.

Topics covered:  Each of us has three different "bodies": a physical body, an intellectual body, and an emotional body. These three bodies are presently disconnected from each other; The physical, intellectual and emotional bodies are intended to work in concert, but they are almost always in conflict with one another; There exists a higher body altogether that is always present, but we are not present to its influence.
