See the Signs of the Beast Within
We suffer because we are unconscious to a lower, self-centered nature within us. This "beast" is always insisting that Life and others meet its demands. When they don't, we suffer from "N-R-O-T-S-C-K" (Na-rot-sick): Negative Reactions of the Self-Centered Kind.
Work to be an impartial observer of this "beast" nature rather than its expression. See the signs of the beast ("N-R-O-T-S-C-K"). Instead of satisfying the "beast", be a witness to it. Your willingness and work to enter into this place marks its death, not yours.
