There is no greater power for healing than the love of what is True; by its light we see and discover that every moment of our life bears a message just for us, and that if we will attend to that lesson, as honestly as we can, we are that much freer than the moment before. Persist with your wish to know the truth of yourself; use everything, and everything will serve your wish.

Exercise

Have a New Want in Unwanted Moments

"Not wanting" a moment seems natural and necessary to us. We never see that "want" and "not want" are always connected and that there's no end to this painful cycle. 

When you're negative, work to have a new want in that moment. Want the revelation more than you want to save yourself again. "Want" and "Not Want" come to an end when we clearly see that neither can end our suffering.
