Part 1
Shadows are forms without substance that create contrast; thoughts are shadows whose substance -- when identified with -- seduce us into seeing a dark world filled with useless solutions to imagined fears.
Part 2
No matter how dark and ominous any moon shadow may be, it must disappear with the first light of day; in much the same way, fear is a creature imagined in the dark -- a carryover from days dead and gone -- that cannot live in light of the present moment.
