How to Invite Love to Balance and to Liberate Your Life

Get out of your head and into your heart. Learn to see what you are feeling and to feel what you are seeing. Work to keep your attention on the resisting nature that is telling you "why" you feel the way you do and is always trying to control everything that is happening around you. Use your attention to see what you've been given to feel. When there is a disturbance, see how you are moved away from observing the state and into serving the state as the mind tries to balance what it resists feeling and seeing. Realize that the moment hasn't come to reveal a "problem." Rather, it reveals a nature that makes a problem out of everything. There is something residing in the center of life that never ceases to balance and reconcile the moment. To enter into this real balance and to know something about a higher level of love requires the humility of seeing that life can't be resolved in your head. Stop thinking about what you feel and just attend to the feeling. Start by moving from your head and into your heart.
