Exercise
Make your own list of when you are in, SOSOR, the Same Old Same Old Routine. Find the patterns that have their roots in SOSA, Same Old Self Again -- such as rushing, blaming, anxiety. Don't do anything but interrupt the pattern and perceive that you're in it, so that you can begin to get an inkling of the nature that makes this circle of self. "See what you can do... to see and learn... a little more about you." As you begin to clearly see where your life is being stolen, you will attract the energy, intelligence, and wisdom to ensure that you separate yourself out from this self that makes circles. The more you come out from this nature, the more you will be dissatisfied with being a part of it, and you will begin to have a life that is outside of the patterns.
