The Only Answer that Makes Your Attacker Disappear

There is nothing that exists that is not a shadow of a principle from a subtler world. Slavery is a principle in the spiritual world. We live in an unseen slavery. We are slaves to fear. No one lives in fear willingly. But we accept our life; the worries, attacks, self-pity. First, we fight it, and then we accept it.

Story: A young woman is sitting in a small dining room of a motion picture commissary. The CEO walks in. Everyone is afraid of him because he is a monster in human form. He enters the dining room and starts verbally attacking the girl. She says something to him and suddenly his bravado falls away. She says, "I don't answer to you. I don't work for you."  

We live with a spirit that tears us apart and then offers us a way to be free of it. We receive the reward of the nature we're accountable to. When we're attacked our attention is on how to answer the attack. Any answer strengthens the attacker. The root of slavery is "without 'you' I don't know what my future would hold."

We are created to be accountable to a completely different order of life. Fearlessness exists to a person who doesn't count upon themselves. We must learn to see when something comes to us and begins to talk. It draws us into considerations that have no right to be there.

Story: A man goes to a land to make his home and starts to look for water. He digs and finds some. The next day the well is dry again. But he went out every day over and over again for a year. 

We think we have to answer negativity. We don't. We only have to answer to the Truth.
