As soon as you feel the onset of anger, fear, anxiety, resentment or any other form of negativity, bring yourself to a complete inner stop. Watch how negativity is handed to you by little I's- that come from a mechanical level of consciousness. Instead agreeing with the feeling that you will lose something if you don't go along with the negative state, see that what is lost in those moments is the ability to discern what is useful from what is useless. Getting negative about anything is useless to your development, your relationships, and your health. What is useful is coming to a stop when negativity appears. When you stop and see the state clearly you won't need to ask whether it is useless or useful, you will know. When you know that something is useless you are done with it. To be useful to the Kingdom you must die to the part of you that is useless.
