We need a new relationship with unconscious resistance. Resistance is the default pathway, and the unseen half of every desire. We are dominated by unseen resistance, and blindly believe that resistance can solve the condition. Real freedom is the unconditional experience of myself as I am, and being at peace with what is not complete. Use your attention to keep resistance where it belongs; don't go where it is pointing. Stay in the light of awareness. Instead of resistance, there is a new revelation. The moment you feel any form of resistance, try to see what it is connected to, rather than let it connect you to what it will connect you to. Bring a candle into the dark room and the darkness will disappear.
