- We try to change exterior conditions in order to change our experience.
- There is nothing more practical than self-understanding. And there is nothing more empowering than self-knowledge.
- When we are afraid and anxious, who or what is it that is taking the action to change my experience? Fear and anxiety pretend to be guides.

- Resistance is the father of all negativity. That means that we are responsible for the negativity, not the condition.
- Our identity is wrapped up in the resistance to the condition.
- If you are afraid of losing control, you have already lost it.
- The limit of your present view is not the limit of your possibilities.
- The moment of meeting a limitation is an invitation to discover something new about yourself.
