All disturbances are doorways to more understanding. The revelation of what you are looking for is not apart from the disturbance.

When we stop imagining what we have to do in order to be free, then we see that the revelations we need to be free are always freely given.

Not wanting a negative experience only serves to extend the negative experience you are having.
