Who do you love? When you feel a disturbance internally, realize that the tension you feel is actually because of a disparity between heaven and earth in you. See the false love of fear, worry, etc. that has been stirred and activated within you, and exchange it for a higher love. Choose to love what is true by dying to the disparity so that heaven and earth can be united in you.
