Exercise
When an event comes along and you feel a disturbance, make the intention to use the event for revelation. Work to "remember yourself" instead of "being remembered" by your thoughts and past memories. Bring your remembrance of what's higher into yourself so that you can become the event instead of letting memory be activated by it. As you rejoin yourself to what is above you, you will reclaim your possibility of being transfigured through that relationship.
