Be the Point of Passage and Not the Place of Pain

Learn to make proper use of what is passing through. Catch the moments when something in you says, "Stop, this can't be right!" See how quickly something in you finds fault with a situation or will make someone into an enemy because they have stirred a part of you that is sure it knows how everything should be unfolding. All things in life are in a ceaseless state of passage. If you are able to be properly present to yourself, you enter into the natural passage of life. You are in pain because of your certainty, and you can't suffer needlessly unless the mind stops this natural passage. When you see the mind ramping up and beginning to resist life's flow, say and feel inwardly, "Ah, so... that's how things are?" The acronym is "AHSOE" and it stands for: Awareness Has Sovereignty Over Everything. Begin to learn what it means to let life come to you and pass through you. Remember that everything in life serves something else. You are meant to complete the cycle and perfect the role between heaven and earth.
