Come awake anytime you discover that you have fallen asleep and are only seeing what a lower nature within you has looked for. Use the truth to pull you above the circumstance by waiting for a new understanding instead of allowing the mind to validate your old understanding. Realize that you can't change the condition without first changing the nature that is seeing it.
