Don't Struggle With Desire; See the Whole of It.

The one thing at the root of all psychological suffering is Desire. If what disturbs you is a product of desire, then it's impossible for desire to bring an end to any disturbance. Desire is Misdirection. It hides the nature responsible for its appearance.

Don't struggle with Desire; see the whole of it. Keep your attention on the desire itself, not on what it's pointing to. Don't struggle to negate desire; the right struggle is to SEE. Stay in that struggle.
