"7 Ways to Begin to Be New"

We cannot do what is new and true until we cease doing what is old. Here are 7 practical ways you can practice being "new" and thus take your true part in creation.

1.  Stop revisiting things in your mind. Push yourself away from the feast of familiar thoughts and feelings.
2.  Instead of listening to others complain, create a new atmosphere through self-awareness.
3. Be aware of your physical posture, especially when in thought. Stand straight. Align yourself with the light.
4. Choose to act nicely toward someone else before they do to you. 
5. Take the initiative (I believe this word is what GF meant; not "incentive"). Leave a moment cleaner that it was before you entered it. 
6. Risk being wrong. Risk not defending yourself. 
7. Become the observer of your own negative states, rather than their instrument.
